CGA1159 Advent Celebration
Description
Bright and full of expectation, this energetic anthem with optional percussion sets a joyous, hopeful tone for the Advent season. Sung in unison, the anthem works well for older children's choirs or choirs combining younger and older children together. Budding two part choirs will also enjoy the final section of the piece that offers the chance for two-part singing. Easy syncopation and a speedy tempo provide excellent opportunities to practice singing with rhythmic accuracy, crisp articulation, and sustained legato lines.
