CGA1366 O Come, Little Children
Description
The composer has used the original text and tune plus an original partner melody to create a wonderful opportunity for younger choirs to easily sing in two parts. An uncomplicated piano accompaniment supports both the original and new melodies. Expertly crafted with many learning opportunities. Will be a good go-to piece for older children's choirs, too.
Voicing: Unison/two-part with piano and 6 optional handbells
Text: Christoph von Schmid, 1768-1854
Composer: Johann A.P. Schultz, 1747-1800
Arranger: Hal H. Hopson
Season: Christmas, Epiphany
