CGA272 Blessed Be My Lord
Description
Any Choristers Guild member who has used some of Mr. Wagner's fine compositions in the CG catalog willwant to look this anthem over for possible use, for he has demonstrated again his fine gift for singable melody and clear form which makes for easy teaching. The optional two part writing on the last page can probably be negotiated by most choirs, but if not, it works equally well as unison throughout. Be sure to keep a feeling of two beats to the measure, to insure the rhythmic lilt inherent to the piece.
Voicing: Unison/ 2 part with keyboard
Text: Douglas E. Wagner
Composer: Douglas E. Wagner
