Based on Ecclesiastes 3: 1-7, this happy anthem will be enjoyable to sing. The 7/8 meter is not difficult. The eighth note stays constant throughout the piece. An easy way to explain the counting for this piece is to say 1-2-3, 1-2-3-4. Voices may divide at the end if desired.
