CGA982 I Heard a Song
Description
Written in the verbal and musical language of very young children, this anthem may be sung by younger and/or older elementary children combined with adult choir. The two choirs share singing responsibilities on the first three stanzas and then combine together on the final fourth stanza. Filled with joy, the text celebrates the gift of life and song ending each stanza with the phrase, 'God gives me breath and gives me song.'
