CGB246 Variations on a French Carol
Description
This setting of the traditional tune "Noel Nouvelet" is given a fresh and original treatment through the use of a variety of bell techniques. The tune is associated with both Christmas and Easter texts: "Sing We Now Of Christmas" and "Now The Green Blade Rises." When played by a 3 octave group idle ringers can assume percussion duties. Ringers and listeners alike will find this setting enjoyable and memorable.
