CGB350 Song of Joy
Description
This delightful original piece presents excellent opportunities for teaching beginners to ring precisely and musically as they execute numerous articulations. The techniques include thumb damp, martellato, martellato-lift, and shake. If ringing with handchimes, the ringers should simply ring where the articulations are suggested, striving for absolute precision. Pay close attention to dynamic changes and have great fun ringing.
Voicing: 2 or 3 octaves handbells or handchimes
