CGB652 Trepak
Description
The fiery Russian dance from Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker" has been arranged in a somewhat-simplified manner that retains all of the excitement of a much more difficult work. Malleting, martellato, thumb damping and ring touch make this arrangement fun for both ringers and listeners. An optional tambourine part adds a sparkling touch to this Christmas concert classic.
Voicing: 3, 4, or 5 octaves handbells
Composer: Piotr I. Tchaikovsky
Arranger: Cathy Moklebust
