CGB925 Joyful, Joyful (Hymn to Joy)
Description
Mostly malleted with syncopated accents, this arrangement was especially written for youth choirs but will be enjoyed by ringers of all ages. Beethoven's familiar Hymn to Joy first appears in a rhythmic chordal version, and then in a more flowing, contrasting middle section. The mallets and rhythmic treatment return for an exciting conclusion.
