CGC40 The Tale of the Three Trees (Score)
Description
Based on an American folk tale, this musical tells the story of Jesus' life in a fresh and timeless way. The music is easy enough to be performed by children, yet profound enough to appeal to performers and listeners of any age. At eighteen minutes in duration, it can be used in a worship service - but is solid enough to stand alone. The presentation may be elaborate or with a minimum of costumes, props, and scenery. Helpful stage directions are included, and the cast can number from 10 to 100 participants.
Performance Time: 18 minutes
Voicing: Cantata for two-part/unison voices with piano
Composer: Allen Pote
Text: Tom S. Long
